"...And don't be nervous or I'll have you executed on the spot" pg 94

In this line that King says I think is just plain stupid because it's common sense that when you tell a person to not be nervous they end up being nervous. The line "Ignorance is bliss can compare quite nicly to this quote. For one The King clearly doesn't want to be wasting his time with the hatter just talking nonsense. My second reason is the Queen and King both want to seem powerful so the more they show domince the more people will respect them. Also it seems unfair to me that if you mess up just the slightest you will be executed.I read somewhere that the peole that were sent to execution were never really killed.
"...Imagine her surprise when the White Rabbit read out loud, at the top of his shrill little voice, the name 'Alice!'..." pg 97

I was very confused of this quote because Alice had only been in wonderland for a very short period of time. The only thing I wonder is how Alice's name made it to the list if she didn't even know what the trial was for.Alice was surprised as well but I feel like she may have expected it by now because of all that has happened. The trial was for the stolen tarts, The Queen and the King were trying to find the stealer of the tarts.I don't think is was fair that the King was the Judge because he always agrees with Queen and could of easily killed an innocent man.On the other hand he could of pick the man to execute whoever he didn't like and no one could stop him.
